The junior winter football season runs from early May through to mid September.
Competitions are based on age grades and are administrated by Capital Football, Wellington’s regional NZ Football federation. Miramar Rangers is an ‘affiliated football club’ (AFC), meaning it is part of the nation-wide community of clubs who operate in line with NZ Football’s approach and policies.
We cater for footballers of all ages, from First Kicks (4-7 years old) to Masters, including Girls Football, Talent Development Programme, Capital Premier and Central League.
Our junior club is run by a chairperson, administrator and committee of grade managers.

February - Registrations open
27th March - Registrations close (or earlier if teams are filled) Late Registrations will be consider.
26th April 2025 - CDL season starts
2nd May 2025 - Junior/ Youth season starts
11/12th July - No games (middle weekend of school holidays)
29/30 August - Junior/ Youth season finishes
27th September - CDL season finishes
